We warn you when the balance is low. If it runs out, new calls wait — nothing is lost — and they go out automatically as soon as you recharge.

Yes. Every recharge gets a GST tax invoice you can download from Billing; add your GSTIN there to claim input tax credit. A monthly statement of your usage is there too.

Each business buys one number from our list while setting up (more numbers later). The first month comes out of your credits when you buy it, and it renews every month on the same date. If the rent stays unpaid for a short grace period (currently 7 days), the number goes back on the list and your AI employees can't call until you buy one again.

The first businesses to sign up become founding customers. They get bigger welcome credits and their phone number at the founding price shown above, instead of the usual price. The number of spots left is live; once they are gone, the offer ends for new sign-ups and founders keep what they have.

For as long as your account stays active, your phone number stays at the founding price, even when our list price goes up. If your number lapses for unpaid rent, you keep the founding price when you buy a number again. It covers one number per business; talk time is charged at the normal price. It ends only if the account is closed, or used to get around the offer.

In the order businesses sign up, one spot per business and per person. If an account doesn't hire an AI employee within 30 days of signing up, we may pass its spot to the next business; any credits it received stay with it.
